Both! We use specialized pros for each phase of the work – licensed plumbers, electricians, tile installers, carpenters. These aren’t generalists trying to do everything. They’re tradespeople who know their craft and do it well.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured. We pull permits, schedule inspections, and follow code. If you’re hiring someone who isn’t willing to do all of that, you’re taking on risk you don’t need to carry.
